This Hosting Agreement is between boxintense and the individual whose signs boxintense's service order and order form incorporating this Agreement by customer. This Agreement governs Customer's use of boxintense's service.

1. Term:

The term of the Agreement shall begin on the date that customers register his/her account with boxintense and shall continue in effect as long as the Customer subscribes or uses softwares or services boxintense provide.

2. Billing And Payments

Customer's billing cycle shall be monthly or annually as indicated on the Order, beginning on the Service Commencement Date. If the customers provides credit/debit card for invoice payment, Customer authorizes boxintense to bill subsequent fees to the credit/debit card.

3. Refund Policy

All orders are final and non-refundable.

4. Service Cancellation

In event that the Customer is no longer planning to use boxintense's service, Customer must request the service cancellation via boxintense's Client Area (https://noc.boxintense.com/) at least fourteen (14) days prior to next billing cycle.

5. Service Suspension

boxintense will suspend the service that customers subscribes upon three (3) days of invoice overdue, in event of AUP violation or as requested by law enforcement or regulatory agency.

6. Service Termination

boxintense will terminate the service that customer subscribes upon seven (7) days of invoice overdue, in event of AUP violation or as requested by law enforcement or regulatory agency.

7. Backup Copy

boxintense's backup service are provided on best effort basis. Customer should perform backup on their own, and takes any other precautionary actions to ensure the safety of their data. In event of server failure, customer will be provided with a fresh service without any existing data. boxintense cannot be held accountable for data loss occurs inside our network & servers.

8. Infrastructure Upgrade

Maintenance, upgrades and other changes in boxintense's network, including but not limited to changes in its software, hardware, and service providers, may affect the operation of Customer's hosted data, content and applications. boxintense reserves the right to change its infrastructure at our own discretion, and boxintense shall not be liable for any resulting harm to Customer.

9. Bandwidth Usage

In event that a customer exceeds the allocated bandwidth as stated in the order, boxintense will suspend the server until the next billing cycle, or until the customer is upgrading the limit of their bandwidth allocation.

10. Harassment and Abuse

boxintense does not tolerate abuse of any kind towards our employees. This includes all verbal harassment, yelling, swearing, rudeness, threats, and any intentionally disruptive behavior directed at boxintense or any of it's staff and agents. Violation of this terms will results in service termination.

11. Export Control Laws

boxintense service is currently prohibited to be sold or re-sold to Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Sudan or to any other countries listed at United States trade sanctions.

12. Force Mejeure

Tboxintense shall not be in default of any obligation under the Agreement if the failure to perform the obligation is due to any event beyond boxintense control, including, without limitation, significant failure of a portion of the power grid, significant failure of the Internet, natural disaster, war, riot, epidemic, terrorist activity, or other events of a magnitude or type for which precautions are not generally taken in the industry.

13. Disclaimer Of Warranties

BOXINTENSE DOES NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS.

14. Misc

We reserve the right to refuse providing (either new or continuing existing) service and/or conducting business to/with anyone at any time for any reason at our own discretion.

This Agreement together with the order and acceptable use policy constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter and supercedes and replace any prior understanding or communication, written or oral. Our terms of service and acceptable use policy are subject to change at any time at boxintense's sole discretion.
